Return and refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, used cutting boards cannot be returned.
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to contact us directly.
Where possible, we will prioritise sending a replacement rather than requiring a return.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
