Lost or Stolen Packages

PureTitan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order:

  • Check with neighbours
  • Contact your local courier

Incorrect Address

Damaged Items

We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
